Delivery

Our packaging is plastic free. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Your order will be shipped to the address you specified by Austrian Post. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your delivery is on your way. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We ship from Austria to all countries within the European Union and Switzerland.

Shipping and handling charges are based on destination regardless of the size and weight of your order:

Within Austria
Shipping costs: 5 € | free shipping for orders above € 200
Within Germany
Shipping costs: 10 € | free shipping for orders above € 200
To Switzerland
Shipping costs: 20 € | free shipping for orders above € 250

Any customs duties incurred will be charged directly to the customer by our shipping partner.

Zone A: Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary
Shipping costs: 15 € | free shipping for orders above € 250
Zone B: Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Romania

Returns

Thank you so much for shopping at Artheo! We put our hearts and souls into every single Artheo garment, and we hope you love yours as much as we do.
However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase or would like an exchange, we'd be more than happy to help!

You have 14 calendar days to return the items of your order from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in its original packaging, including labels. The item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are not obliged to accept returns or exchanges for items that contain a personal configuration, unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please handle the goods with care when trying them on. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are soiled, the return period has been exceeded or the return has not been made properly. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I return items?

Please follow these instructions if you wish to return items to us:
  1. Please send an email stating what you wish to return: hola@artheokids.com
  2. Include your name, full address, order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
  3. Once we have confirmed the return, you can arrange for it to be sent to the delivery address provided.
  4. Enclose the invoice or a copy with the parcel.
  5. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back to us.

After receipt and approval of your return, the amount will be credited to your payment method as soon as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that you are financially responsible for the return until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that you use a trustworthy delivery service with insured delivery. The customer bears the cost of the return.
