This accessibility statement applies to www.artheokids.com.

Artheo qualifies as a micro-enterprise under the applicable legal provisions and therefore falls under the statutory exemption pursuant to the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz – BaFG). As a result, we are currently not required to fully implement the requirements of the  Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz (WZG BGBl. I. Nr. 59/2019 idgF)

Regardless of this, it is important to us to make our website as accessible and user-friendly as possible. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our content and functionalities step by step.

Status of Compliance with the Requirements
