Who we are?

Artheo is a baby clothing design brand that curates a collection of timeless clothes for little ones from birth to 24 months.

Each piece, whether made of cosy merino wool or delicate organic cotton, is thoughtfully designed in Vienna and crafted exclusively in Spain, drawing on the country's rich heritage of textile artistry and using only the finest natural fibres.

Our goal is to craft heirloom-quality pieces that nurture family bonds and create cherished memories across generations.

Where is Artheo clothing made?

All our garments are designed in Vienna and produced locally by traditional Spanish companies. We maintain close relationships with our manufacturing partners, regularly visit our production facility in Spain and follow every step of the production process. This enables us to provide you with great, high quality products. Please refer to the product specifications for more information.

What materials are being used?

Clothing made from natural fibres is much kinder to the environment than synthetic fibres. That's why Artheo's products are made from cotton, linen and wool.

The fibres and fabrics used have quality seals and sustainability certificates, such as the GOTS (‘Global Organic Textile Standard’) certificate.

How can I buy Artheo pieces online?

Select the Artheo products you wish to purchase in the shop section of the website. Select the colour and size you want and add them to your shopping basket. All prices include VAT, shipping costs will be added at checkout, depending on the country of destination.We secure payment and data protection.

How can I find the right size for my child?

Browsing and buying new outfits for your little ones can be fun, but it can also be a little tricky when it comes to understanding sizing. To help you find the right sizes from newborn to 2 years old, discover our size guide with precise information for the different product categories.

How does the delivery take place?

Your order will be shipped to the address you specified by Austrian Post. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your delivery is on your way. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We ship from Austria to all countries within the European Union and Switzerland.

How can I return my order?

Please follow these instructions if you wish to return items to us:

  1. Please send an email stating what you wish to return: hola@artheokids.com
  2. Include your name, full address, order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
  3. Once we have confirmed the return, you can arrange for it to be sent to the delivery address provided.
  4. Enclose the invoice or a copy with the parcel.
  5. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back to us.

After receipt and approval of your return, the amount will be credited to your payment method as soon as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
